I am a mother, a Mimi, a certified life coach, a writer, and a poet, constantly becoming.

For most of my life, I knew how to be whoever everyone needed me to be: put together, reliable, "strong," while my own soul stayed on mute. From the outside, things looked fine.

The turning point came when I realized I could keep living a life that didn't truly reflect who I was, or make a different choice, and that the choice was mine alone to make.

It took years. Not overnight, not perfectly. Years of looking back at the choices I was proud of and the ones that kept me up at night. Years of healing wounds I caused and wounds that were handed to me.

Those years led me to a simple, life-altering truth: I am worthy.

Worthy of forgiveness, for myself and others. Worthy of joy, rest, and a life that actually fits the woman I am, not the roles I was assigned.

This was not a tidy story of overcoming. It was devastation, real devastation, the kind that flattens you before it ever rebuilds you. I know that season because I lived inside it, and some days I am still inside it.

I am not standing on the other side of the fire, looking back at it as finished. I am here inside the process, still building, still learning, still becoming, and I hope that part of me never stops.

Today, I am the unapologetically proud CEO of my life, creating space for women who wake up one day and realize, "I built this life, and I don't even like it."

My work is not about shaming who you've been; that woman taught you how to survive. It's about walking with you, like a friend who tells you the truth and loves you through it, toward the woman you're becoming in this next chapter.

Following along here means more than the deep work. I love to laugh, often at myself. I also believe in self-care, so expect skincare secrets, navigating the dating world, and a book club, because there is nothing better than a good book and girlfriends to share it with.

This space is for the healing, yes, but it is also just life, lived out loud together, making room for laughter alongside the tears.
